The Parker H. Petit Institute for Bioengineering and Bioscience (IBB) was created to facilitate interdisciplinary research in bioengineering and the biosciences. The atrium-style building is adjacent to the Whitaker Building and houses a number of offices and labs for Coulter Department faculty.
