Final Exams for Full and Late Short Summer 2017 will take place July 27 – Aug. 3.
Spring Phase II Registration will be open from Aug. 12–25 for all students. Registration ends at 4 p.m. Schedule changes and drop courses without a "W" grade.
Last day to register, make schedule changes, and/or drop courses without a "W" grade for Fall Semester 2017 by 4 p.m. No changes to audit mode permitted after the registration/schedule change deadline.

Progress reports will be issued in all 1000 and 2000 level courses. Grades must be entered by noon ET on Friday, Sept. 29.
Classes will not meet from Oct. 9–10, 2017. Campus will be open but some operations and services may change.
Last day to drop individual courses or withdraw from school with "W" grades in all courses and receive a refund.

Georgia Tech will be closed from Nov. 23–24 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Classes will not meet on Nov. 22, but campus will be open.
No classes or exams during designated times:
- Dec. 6: All Day
- Dec. 7: 8 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.
- Dec. 12: 8 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.
Final exams for the Fall 2017 semester will take place from December 7–14.
The last day of classes for the fall semester is Dec. 5, and the end of the term is Dec. 16. Campus is closed Dec. 25-29, 2017.
